Getting insight into a person's problem-solving strategies and the related product outcomes can be challenging. The following artifacts will give you a glimpse of the problem-solving models I build to organize my thoughts about complex circumstances and how I devise a possible solution.
The first is a program evaluation, a first step in assessing training needs. The Lin Dixon Case and the Greg Gregersen Case are case studies that illustrate my problem-solving abilities in the context of a case study.
